Whitney Hess runs a user experience strategy consultancy based in New York City. She believes empathy builds empires. Whitney can be found speaking at An Event Apart, UX Hong Kong, and Frontiers of Interaction (Italy).

Whitney will deliver one of the keynote presentations at edUi 2012.

 Stephanie Hay

Stephanie Hay is a writer, project manager, and information architect with an uncanny ability to seamlessly guide users from point A to point B. Stephanie has spoken at SXSW (Austin), Future of Web Design (London) and the upcoming Interlink (Vancouver).

Stephanie will lead a session on writing content for usability at edUi 2012.
