Check-In and EdUI Facilities

Check-in for the EdUI Conference will be held in Newcomb Hall on the University of Virginia campus. Official check-in time is between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m both days. If you arrive late, don’t worry though, as you can still check in. Just head to the information/greeting table outside the Newcomb Hall ballroom.

The nearest parking is at the visitor parking garage on Emmet St. (Rt. 29N turns into Emmet going southbound), directly adjacent to Newcomb Hall. Parking fees are $2/hr (sorry we weren’t able to get free passes). When exiting the garage on the top floor, you’ll see the student bookstore and a large plaza with outdoor tables. Newcomb Hall is the large building on the opposite side of the plaza. Enter through the double doors and follow the signs up to the 3rd floor, where you’ll find EdUI.
